Nothing Like Family and Friends for your Health and Wellbeing!

This week has been a rough one and I am glad that it is coming to an end.  I have felt extremely rough, I have been in and out of the Accident and Emergency department of my local Hospital with excruciating cramp, and had a couple of other health issues which have meant that I have spent most of the week in bed.

I really have to thank God that I am always healthy and very rarely have to even go to the Doctors, but being unwell has also made me appreciate the fact that I have such a loving support network around me.

Having a loving support network around you is just as important for your health and wellbeing as a good diet or exercise.  My Mum, friends, boyfriend, brother or sister, may not even have known that they were making my day so much more bearable just by asking how I am or how they can help but they did.

As most people work, may have families to look after, partners and other commitments it is sometimes easy to forget what is most important in life; to love one and other and do what we can to help each other also.
